RealityCheck offers digital subscription services. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Subscription Charges

• All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe.

2. Refunds

Because RealityCheck provides immediate access to digital services, refunds are generally not provided.

However, we may issue refunds in limited cases, such as:

• Accidental duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Technical issues that prevent reasonable use of the Service

Refund decisions are made at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges.

4. Abuse

Accounts found abusing free trials, refunds, or usage limits may be denied refunds or access.
